My Kilimanjaro Trek is coming into focus…
Early October.
A 4 day Mt Meru trek to acclimatize and warm up for the big trek, followed by a 8 day Lemosho Northern Circuit trek, and a safari to cap off the grand adventure (assuming I survive all that, of course 🙂 ).
Six months to train…

It will be an amazing trip! So excited for you! I just returned from Everest Base Camp – just in time to miss the effects of Cyclone Fani. Fani dumped oodles of snow and winds were so strong that climbers @ the higher camps retreated to base camp.

Everest Base camp is on my list too. Mostly since I know Everest itself is WAY out of my range.
